Online Return Policy

Prep Squad Return Policy:

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of original purchase. Once the return is received by Prep Squad we will issue a refund in the form of the payment used at checkout. Items must be new with tags attached in order for us to process a return/refund.

WE DO NOT RETURN OR EXCHANGE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

Earrings, Swimwear, Scrunchies, Hair clips, Hair accessories, Hats, Patches, Stickers, Custom items, Sale items (all sale items are FINAL)

If any of the above items mentioned are returned we will unfortunately not be able to send back or refund your purchase.
